ROZALÉN presents her third album “Cuando el río suena…”
Rozalén is known for being one of the main voices and songwriters of Spain. With three works published, she has captivated the audiences and the critics in equal parts.
In addition, she is an important social activist, defending the rights of minorities and the most disadvantaged communities with her music. For example, in all of her concerts she is accompanied by Beatriz Romero, a sign language interpreter. This way, her music arrives to everyone with no exclusion. The impact of her work goes out of the borders of Spain, acting in countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile or Argentina. In the last year, she has offered more than 70 concerts, most of them sold out. In June of 2017 he presented ‘Girasoles’ (Sunflowers), the first single of ‘Cuando el río suena …’, with which she reached # 1 on the Spanish sales list. Currently it is a Gold Record. In this work, she shares important personal experiences and family stories transmitted by her grandmother. The central themes are feminism, empowerment, Historical Memory, celibacy, refugee crisis, love and lack of it.
